One is the welding method. When welding heat-resistant steel castings, spot welding and symmetrical welding are adopted, and then the whole welding is carried out, so as to avoid cracking due to stress concentration. At the same time, the selection of welding rod should be learned.

The other is the treatment of welding defects. If there are defects in the welding of heat-resistant steel castings, they must be repaired according to the specified steps. Generally, the defects are cut off first and then excluded.

The third is the control of welding temperature and the treatment before welding, which is the basis to ensure the welding quality and the key to avoid all kinds of defects.
